The Mathez chocolate factory has been producing delicious French truffles since 1934. It prepares truffles from first-class cocoa and high-quality unhardened vegetable fat.

The family business of Silvia Steiner and Petr Kovařík. Since 2005, they have been paying loving attention to the creation of chocolate, starting with the selection of raw materials and their careful processing, through the creation of design, to the care of their customers.
