And just like that, this fragrant magnesium caress was also created. It started with nightly pains in the children's legs after demanding sports days, it continued with restless and almost painful twitching of the legs when the grandmothers fell asleep, and subsequently also recurring migraines in Anda. What was interesting and unexpected for us was the discovery that all these problems are most likely connected by one cause, namely magnesium deficiency. Obviously, we are not able to get enough of it in food to meet our need, long-term supplementation of magnesium orally in tablets is not recommended, and pure magnesium oil stings the skin, which you may be willing to endure, but not so your children.

And that's how Klidné nožky was created, a soft, fragrant and in every way pleasant and above all functional whipped butter. It contains the purest magnesium from the natural source Zechstein in an organic mango and myrica base. Zechstein is an area where the sea spread 250 million years ago. Today, it left huge deposits of salt very rich in magnesium. Magnesium oil is produced from it without heat or chemical treatment, ideal for lubrication on the skin, through which magnesium is very easily and quickly absorbed into the body exactly where it is most needed. It is advisable to supplement magnesium for muscle tension and spasms, for restless legs syndrome, against fatigue and exhaustion or just for relaxation and relaxation.

To enhance the relaxing and antispasmodic effect and to lull you to sleep in the evening, we have added luxurious essential oils to the butter: marjoram for spasms, lavender for relaxation and Roman chamomile for its velvety soothing scent that is a blessing for the soul. Thanks to oat silk, the cream is absorbed faster and does not leave a greasy film for a long time.

• relieves headaches, helps with muscle spasms,
• calms tension and relieves stress.

RECOMMENDED USE

Rub the butter into the damp skin (ideally in the evening after a bath) of the calves and feet (but you can also use it on the stomach, back, thighs), gently massage and let it absorb. Dress or wrap well, put socks on your feet and relax or go straight to sleep in the soft scent of chamomile, lavender and marjoram. Always reach into the cup only with a clean hand.

Our tip: You can also use the butter for a relaxing, relaxing and relieving bath with the scent of herbs and magnesium content. It is enough to dissolve a spoonful of magnesium butter in warm water in the bathtub and then just enjoy a luxurious bath for good night.

Please note! Do not use magnesium butter on open wounds and damaged skin. Even applying it to freshly shaved calves can give you an unpleasant surprise with stinging and burning.
