Ingredients: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) standardized root extract (withanolides 5 %), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium stearate (filler), vegetarian capsule.
Recommended dose: 1 - 2 capsules daily. Swallow with plenty of water. Start taking 1 capsule a day, if you tolerate Ashwagandha well, you can increase the dose to 2 capsules a day.
