Green Idea Omega 3 - 18% EPA, 12% DHA
Omega 3 fish oil 1000 mg is obtained from fish living in pristine Arctic waters. It is rich in biologically active forms of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA). While EPA contributes to normal cardiovascular function, DHA supports normal brain and eyesight activity and supports mental vitality. Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids supports emotional well-being. Due to the low consumption of fish in the Czech Republic, we recommend using fish oil as an ideal source of omega-3. The optimal effect is achieved with daily administration of 250 mg EPA and DHA.

Ingredients: Fish oil containing 18% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 12% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), gelatin, glycerin, water.
Recommended dose: 2–3 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Packaging: 60 capsules
Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight and frost.
