Can I take it on empty stomach?

Absolutely - in fact it’s a great way to get the most out of fasted cardio workouts when your energy levels might be lower than usual but you still want to get a great workout regardless. The added BCAAs will ensure you're not breaking down muscle and focuses your body on burning fat for energy.

Will I get tingling sensation after taking it?

Some people don't get it while others may. If you do feel slight tingles, don’t worry this is completely normal, and just an effect of the beta alanine. It lets you know the product is working. If you do get it, it will pass within half an hour or so.

Directions: Add 10g (2 rounded teaspoons) to 300-400ml of cold water in your Innermost shaker and shake until dissolved. Adjust amount of water for desired level of sweetness. Shake between sips.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), citrulline malate and beta alanine are amino acids that are vital for muscle maintenance and energy regulation.
