Innermost Shaker Bottle
600ml Tritan, BPA-free, multi-purpose shaker bottle. Screw top lid, carry handle and stainless steel whisking ball. For use as a protein shaker, a bottle for your pre/intra-workout drink or simply as a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
Active Ingredients
For every serving of The Fit Protein: Vegan Protein from Pea + Brown Rice (31g), Cocomineral (1g), Maca (1g), Magnesium (250mg), Rhodiola Root (250mg), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (150mg).
For every serving of The Energy Booster: BCAA Complex (5g) as Leucine (2g), Isoleucine (1g), Valine (1g), Citrulline Malate (2g), Maca (1.25g), Beta Alanine (1.2g), Guarana (100mg), Caffeine (71mg), Vitamin B Complex.
For every serving of The Focus Capsules: Siberian Ginseng (400mg), L-Tyrosine (300mg), Bacopa Monnieri (150mg), CDP-Choline (150mg), Rhodiola Rosea (100mg).

HOW AND WHEN TO USE
The Fit Protein: A nutritious addition to your diet to help meet your daily nutrient needs. The perfect post-workout recovery drink or as a healthy snack whenever needed. Directions: Add 40g (4 flat Innermost scoops) with 250-350ml of water or any kind of milk and shake for. Best served cold or with ice. The amount and type of liquid will affect sweetness and thickness, so experiment to find what works best for you. Can also be added to smoothies, porridge and used in recipes.
The Energy Booster: Ideal as a pre/intra-workout drink or when you need an energy boost. Directions: Add 10g (2 rounded teaspoons) to 300-400ml of cold water and shake until dissolved. Adjust amount of water for desired level of sweetness. Shake between sips.
The Focus Capsules: Take 2 capsules daily in the morning after you wake up.
When will I start to see results?
This depends on your diet and exercise regime. You should be able to start feeling the results in a couple of weeks provided you keep to a consistent exercise routine and a healthy diet.
When should I use the products?
At Innermost we believe in a food first approach. For that reason, we recommend taking The Fit Protein as part of a balanced diet ideally post-workout or during your day as a healthy snack to meet your protein needs. You should always aim to meet most of your nutrient needs through the food you eat but having a high-quality protein powder like The Fit Protein, which contains additional ingredients to support your goals can be an efficient way to help fill gaps in your diet. As for the other two products in The Performance Collection, we’d recommend taking The Energy Booster just for before or during your workouts, as it’s designed as a pre-workout supplement. The Focus Capsules should be taken every day ideally in the morning after you wake up.
