Innermost Shaker Bottle
600ml Tritan, BPA-free, multi-purpose shaker bottle. Screw top lid, carry handle and stainless steel whisking ball. For use as a protein shaker, a bottle for your pre/intra-workout drink or simply as a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
For every serving of The Lean Protein: Protein (29g), Inulin (1g), Acetyl L-Carnitine (750mg), Pomegranates (500mg), Yerba Mate (500mg), Bilberries (250mg).
For every serving of The Define Booster: Acetyl L-Carnitine (2g).
For every serving of The Tone Capsules: Matcha Green Tea (500mg), Yerba Mate (300mg), Vitamin C (250mg), Alpha Lipoic Acid (150mg), Capsicum (75mg), L-Theanine (75mg), Vitamin B6 (0.7mg), Vitamin B12 (1.25µg).
These products are vegetarian, cruelty free, gluten free, soy free, halal, suitable for kosher diets, non-GMO, and free from most major allergens. Furthermore, the products contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents or colours, and our packaging is 100% recyclable.
Allergens: Milk (whey).
Other ingredients: Natural flavours only. Guar gum, which is a GMO-free, gluten-free, natural fibre that comes from the guar bean to give our shakes a creamy texture. We use sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin, which is the only kind of lecithin that can be obtained raw and chemical-free using a cold press system similar to that used with olive oil. We use sucralose as it is the most widely tested low-calorie sweetener and approved by all major food standard agencies in the world.
HOW AND WHEN TO USE
The Lean Protein: A nutritious addition to your diet to help meet your daily nutrient needs. The perfect post-workout recovery drink or as a healthy snack whenever needed. Directions: Add 40g (4 flat Innermost scoops) with 250-350ml of water or any kind of milk and shake for. Best served cold or with ice. The amount and type of liquid will affect sweetness and thickness, so experiment to find what works best for you. Can also be added to smoothies, porridge and used in recipes.
The Detox Booster: Enjoy anytime as a tea or added to smoothies and juices. Directions: Add 5g (1 rounded teaspoon) to a cup of hot water or any type of milk and stir until dissolved. Add a squeeze of honey or something sweet if that’s your thing. Repeat up to twice a day. Can also be added to your favourite smoothie.
The Define Booster: To be taken during the day, once a day. Directions: Mix 2g (1 flat teaspoon) with around 50ml water or juice in your Innermost shaker bottle, or simply add 2g to your pre or post-workout protein shake.
The Tone Capsules: Take 2 capsules daily with your breakfast or lunch.
When will I start to see results?
This depends on your diet and exercise regime. You should be able to start feeling the results in a couple of weeks provided you keep to a consistent exercise routine and a healthy diet.
When should I use the products?
At Innermost believe in a food-first approach. For that reason, we recommend taking The Lean Protein as part of a balanced diet ideally post-workout or during your day as a healthy snack to meet your protein needs. You should always aim to meet most of your nutrient needs through the food you eat but having a high-quality protein powder like The Lean Protein, which contains additional ingredients to support your goals can be an efficient way to help fill gaps in your diet. As for the other two products in The Weight-Loss Collection, we’d recommend taking The Define Booster daily, anytime during the day. The Lean Capsules should be taken every day, ideally with breakfast or lunch.
