Wellness Blend Arabica Coffee

Innermost bottle/shaker
Multi-purpose shaker bottle 600 ml Tritan, BPA-free. Screw top lid, handle and stainless steel whisk ball. For use as a protein shaker, a bottle for your pre/workout drink or simply as a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.
Per serving of The Health Protein: Vegan Pea Protein + Brown Rice (31g), Glutamine (3g), Shiitake (250mg), Maitake (250mg), Reishi (250mg), Cordyceps (250mg), Blueberries (250mg), Camu Camu (250mg), Acai Berries (250mg).
Composition of each serving of The Wellness Blend: Arabica coffee (1.5 g), Chaga (250 mg), Tremella (250 mg), Shiitake (250 mg), Maitake (250 mg), Reishi (250 mg), Cordyceps (250 mg) ).
Per serving of The Digest capsules: Acacia fiber (800 mg), Ginger root extract 5:1 (60 mg), Lactospore® (probiotic, Bacillus Coagulans, 32.5 mg containing 0.5 billion spores), Digezyme® (100 mg containing the following digestive enzymes: 2, 4 μg alpha-amylase, 600 μg neutral protease, 400 μg lactase, 100 μg lipase, 20 μg cellulase).
These products are vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, halal, kosher-friendly, non-GMO and free of all 14 major allergens. In addition, the products contain no artificial fillers, fillers or dyes, and our packaging is 100% recyclable.
HOW AND WHEN TO USE
The Health Protein: A nutritious addition to your diet to help you meet your daily nutritional needs. The perfect post-workout recovery drink or as a healthy snack whenever needed. Directions: Add 40g (4 flat internal scoops) with 250-350ml water or any type of milk and shake. Best served cold or with ice. The amount and type of liquid will affect the sweetness and thickness, so experiment to see what works best for you. It can also be added to smoothies, porridges and used in recipes.
The Wellness Blend: Mix 3g (1 rounded teaspoon) with a cup of hot water and stir. Add milk as needed for a healthy alternative to your daily tea or coffee. One bag of The Wellness Blend contains 50 servings if you follow the directions above. You can use more or less per serving according to your taste.
Digest Capsules: Take 2 capsules daily with the main meal of the day.
When will I start seeing results?
This depends on your diet and exercise regime. You should be able to start feeling results in a few weeks, provided you follow a consistent exercise routine and healthy diet.
When should I use the products?
We believe in a food-centric approach. For this reason, we recommend taking The Health Protein as part of a balanced diet, ideally after training or during the day as a healthy snack to meet your protein needs. You should always aim to meet the majority of your nutritional needs through the food you eat, but having a high-quality protein powder like The Health Protein that contains additional ingredients to support your goals can be an effective way to help fill in the gaps in your diet . As for the other two products in The Wellbeing Collection, we recommend using The Wellness Blend daily, any time of the day. Digest capsules should be taken every day with the main meal of the day.
