Sustainable raw materials: at the Mathez chocolate factory, they pay attention to ecological sustainability:

they buy cocoa only from farms with UTZ certification, which indicates plantations that produce cocoa with regard to the long-term ecological sustainability of cultivation.
they buy palm kernel oil only from producers with RSPO (Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil) certification, an association of producers supporting the ecological way of growing oil palms.
Weight and size: 500 g, 160 x 110 x 110 mm (contains 2 bags of approx. 27 pieces, i.e. approx. 54 pieces in total. Each truffle weighs approx. 9.3 g.)

Ingredients: vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), sugar, defatted cocoa powder, dried whey, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin. May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, eggs and gluten. Origin of cocoa beans: West Africa.
